The course will include:

  • Identifying and forming consensus on key target audiences;
  • Generating ideas to prioritizing capabilities for new solutions and the related benefits; and,
  • Specifying key objectives to measure and gauge for success.

Course Instructor

My name is Frank, and I’m a San Diego-based User Experience Strategist, Creative Problem-Solver, and owner of Garofalo UX, helping Enterprise & StartUp Tech companies to create engaging and innovative experiences. 

I have worked in the web and interactive industry since 1999, and I have a Masters of Science degree from Purdue University in Computer Graphics Technology, for conducting an ethnographic (usability) research study for multi-user collaboration multi-touch devices.  

Key UX consulting clients have included: Microsoft, Indeed, Esri, several small businesses, and many tech startup companies. Over the years, through my employment background, I have been involved with design and user experience efforts on projects for Fortune 100 companies, US Federal agencies, and with budgets of over $12 million. Prior to going the entrepreneurial route, I managed a 35+ person department of User Experience Architects, User Interface Designers, Icon Designers, and Usability Research experts, at a billion-dollar software company. Related to lean / agile methodologies, I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
